Responsibilities:

• • Lead generation: cold calling and door opening. Exploring new business opportunities by approaching potential clients, including client-side and ad agencies.
  • Selling online & traditional creative agency and advertising spaces across all of Hypebeast's media properties to achieve annual business targets.
  • Build a strong client communication and offer 360° bespoke creative and advertising solutions to relevant clients in the market.
  • Responsible for managing online and offline clients activations from communication to execution
  • Identify opportunities and potential partnerships to accelerate growth of our platform and business in Indonesia.
  • Work closely with other departments and business units within HYPEBEAST, including client services, marketing, editorial, product development, finance.

Requirements:

• • Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Business.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the advertising and/or digital marketing industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising sector with a strong contact base among agencies and network of direct clients.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
  • Strong communication, analytical, time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with fashion or youth culture.
