BRAND ACTIVATION SPECIALIST
The Brand Activation will report directly to the Owner. The Brand Activation position is responsible for executing impactful on-ground and in-mall brand experiences that reflect Gurih 7 Bogor Restaurant and Rumah Talas values and engage diverse audiences. This role supports translating brand strategies into memorable, interactive activations that drive public interest, enhance brand equity, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
Plan and execute online and offline brand events to enhance brand visibility and presence.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, digital, and operations) and external vendors to deliver end-to-end activation execution.
Handle end-to-end event planning: ideation, budgeting, cross-departmental coordination, and on-site execution.
Manage activation timelines, budgeting, vendor procurement, production schedules, logistical arrangements, and post-event evaluations.
Bring fresh, relevant ideas that align with our brand and audience.
Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for brand activation and engagement.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand activation, event execution, or consumer engagement.
Basic understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and branding concepts.
Strong project management, organizational, and vendor management skills.
Hustler, ambitious, structured, creative, self-starter, and sales-striven person.
A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
