About the role

As the Branch Head at PT INDOTRUCK UTAMA', you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of our East Kalimantan branch. You will play a crucial role in driving the branch's sales performance and ensuring the successful execution of the company's strategic objectives within the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth

2. Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business development

3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities

4. Ensure the branch operates in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

5. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align the branch's activities with the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Head

3. Expertise in Heavy Equipment Unit Sales and Aftermarket

4. Familiarity with the rules and regulations of the Heavy Equipment industry

5. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers in mining, leasing, government, and stakeholders

7. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

8. Familiarity with the East Kalimantan market and its dynamics
