Job Description

• Planning preventive maintenance Utility system and spare parts.

• Operate and check the boiler and record in the document data take lead and follow up machine problem.

• Inspect and test the fire water system Diesel pump and electric pump take lead and follow up machine problem.

• Check and test the water system record in the document data take lead and follow up machine problem.

• Improve working conditions and keep machines clean and ready to use at all times.

• Check the device regularly.

• Check the working condition meters and gauges.

• Record meter and gauge readings and operating data.

• Regular maintenance of equipment

• Record maintenance activities and take lead and follow up machine problem

• Make sure it is compliant with safety standards.

• Work with site engineers, central engineers, engineering technicians, site support groups

• Coordinate efforts to prioritize appropriately and seek funding for the necessary improvements.

• Take care and continual improvement utility mechanic is responsible for the boiler area, Water system, Fire extinguishing system, air compressor system, chiller system, Wastewater system

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimal have a Diploma's Degree

• Possess a boiler control certificate and 3-5 years of experience in a boiler control and utility role.

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial machine maintenance roles and technical skills in troubleshooting.

• Have a basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical diagrams.

• Capable of troubleshooting ac/dc electrical components including motor starters, switches and sensors found in all assigned equipment using basic test equipment such as multimeters and amp probes.

• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and facility problems

• It has the ability to work in flexible scheduling as needed to support production and multi-tasking needs in fast-paced environments.

• Person must have technical knowledge, technical skill and troubleshooting, technical solutions, good communication skills.

• Able to use tools to maintain machinery properly

• Ability to use tools for cutting and welding

• Diligent and willing to learn

• Able to work hard

• Ability to work in shifts.
