Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Mövenpick’s rich culinary legacy. Job Description

This position is responsible for creating a seamless, memorable and safe experience for all guest upon arrival, during stay and when guest depart from the hotel.

• Assist guests as they arrive at the hotel, taking charge of their vehicle and luggage.
• Handles any ad hoc requests for taxis/transportations and assures timely follow-up.
• Ensures that all vehicles can circulate freely at the front entrance/driveway. Manage the queue at the front entrance to avoid jam.
• Ensures the smooth transfer of guest’s luggage on arrival and departure within the specified timing in accordance to the operating standards.
