Responsibilities :
Develop and execute monthly sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Monitor sales performance (individual & team), prepare reports, and take corrective actions if targets are not met.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional events.
Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives for treatments and products.
Train team members in sales techniques and product knowledge.
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient service delivery.
Manage staff schedules, appointments, and treatment room utilization.
Monitor inventory of products, consumables, and equipment; ensure timely ordering and cost control.
Enforce compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Coordinate maintenance of clinic facilities and equipment.
Recruit, train, and supervise therapists, beauty consultants, and front desk staff.
Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
Motivate team to maintain high service standards and achieve sales goals.
Maintain customer experience from booking to post-treatment follow-up.
Handle VIP clients and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Monitor feedback and implement service improvements.
Prepare and submit regular sales, inventory, and operational reports to management.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, staff performance, and store expenses.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in beauty & aesthetic industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
