Beautician will be specialize in services such as skincare, nail treatments, and makeup application. The role requires in-depth knowledge of various beauty techniques, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to assess their needs, recommend treatments, and advise on beauty care routines. Provide detailed information on services and products.
- Skincare Treatments: Perform facials, exfoliation, skin cleansing, and other treatments to improve the skin's appearance and health. Recommend appropriate skincare routines.
- Hair Removal: Provide waxing, threading, and other hair removal services to clients, ensuring minimal discomfort and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Nail Care: Offer manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polishing, and nail art. Keep up-to-date with nail trends and techniques.
- Makeup Application: Apply makeup for clients based on their preferences and occasions, such as weddings, special events, or everyday looks.
- Massage Treatments (optional): Provide relaxing or therapeutic massages to enhance overall client comfort and wellness.
- Cosmetic Treatments: Perform specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, and tinting. Offer advice on beauty products.
- Product Sales: Recommend and sell skincare, haircare, and beauty products based on client needs and preferences. Keep informed of new product launches and trends.
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and tools, following proper health and safety regulations.
- Scheduling & Appointments: Manage client appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely service delivery. Handle booking systems and client records.
- Training & Development: Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products by attending workshops, seminars, and further training.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Beauty Therapy Certification: A diploma or certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a high class beauty treatment centers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in a range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, nail care, makeup application, and massage (if applicable).
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with beauty products and the ability to recommend appropriate treatments or products for different skin and hair types.
