Job Description:

We are looking for a enthusiastic Barista to join our beverage team, focusing on crafting innovative tea and lemonade-based drinks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food, beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining high standards in presentation, consistency, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty tea and lemonade-based beverages according to house recipes.

• Assist in experimenting with new drink concepts and seasonal menu changes.

• Ensure consistency and quality in every drink, maintaining excellent presentation standards.

• Engage with customers to explain drink offerings and provide exceptional service.

• Keep the bar area clean, organised, and stocked with necessary ingredients.

• Follow all hygiene and safety regulations related to beverage preparation and service.

• Work closely with the Head Tea Mixologist to execute new recipes and maintain workflow efficiency.

• Operate the POS system and handle customer transactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender, or in a beverage-focused role.

• Enthusiasm for tea, natural infusions, and unique flavour combinations.

• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, presentation, and drink aesthetics.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
