About the role

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our dynamic team at PT TGM EXPERIENCE INDONESIA' in Bandung, West Java. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee beverages in a contract-based role.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty drinks

2. Ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation for all customer orders

3. Providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with menu selections and answering any inquiries

4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including keeping equipment and work stations tidy

5. Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols

6. Participating in regular training to stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and brewing techniques

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role, with a passion for coffee and exceptional customer service

2. Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and techniques

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

5. Flexibility to work in a contract-based role, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and demands
