Are you a passionate and skilled Service Person/Barista looking to join a vibrant team in the heart of Berawa, Canggu? Canggu Juice Bar is seeking a talented Barista & Service Staff Member to create exceptional food & drink experiences for our customers and contribute to the success of our growing café.

What we're looking for:

✅ Intermediate English & fluent Bahasa Indonesia

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing great customer service with a friendly and outgoing personality.

• Operate POS system and cash register to facilitate transactions.

• Recommending and preparing high-quality barista coffee, juices, and other products.

• Thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the café space.

• Support the Café manager with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience as a barista. 

• Proficiency in using a POS system and cash register.

• Ability to recommend and upsell products to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Intermediate English Language Skill, and Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.

• Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and encourage return customers.

• A friendly, happy, and outgoing personality and positive working attitude.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position: 40 hours a week across 6 days, offering a flexible working environment that respects work-life balance.

Compensation:

• Monthly salary: 3,534,338 IDR with possibility of increasing as the business grows

• Additional earnings: tips, service charge (4% split evenly among the team), bonuses, and incentives.
