As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for optimizing the application and its services for maximum speed and scalability, as well as implementing security and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend architecture and reusable code and libraries for future use

• Optimization of the application and its services for maximum speed and scalability

• Implementation of security and data protection

• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user facing elements with server side logic

• Gather, research and address technical and design requirements

• Collaborate with testers, frontend, devops, and any other necessary people

• Be proactive and take initiative to propose and resolve issues

• Follow best practices to build microservices

• Participate and contribute effectively to sprints, git and other necessary project requirements

• Write effective backend tests

Requirements

• Git expert

• Expert builder/maintainer of restful and restless APIs and micro services 

• Javascript expert (more than 3 years of experience) - nest.js, mongodb, node.js or related

• Experience with PostgreSQL in designing, querying, and optimizing relational databases

• More than 3 years experience with SDLC

• Spoken and written proficiency in English
