Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Backend Developer - Golang to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software systems that support our payment services. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the full software development life cycle while ensuring code quality, performance, and security. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, a problem-solving mindset, and experience building backend systems in the banking or financial technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient software applications to support Company services.
Participate in code reviews and system design discussions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including System Analyst, QA, DevOps, and Product.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system scalability and reliability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Backend Developer using Golang.
Proficient in backend programming language - Golang
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and system integration.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.
Experience in financial services, banking, or payment systems is highly preferred.
Strong analytical thinking & communication skills.
Ready to join Immediately.
Willing to sign contract 3 months (possible to be extend based on performance) and willing to join in Conventional Banking Project.
Willing to work onsite from Banking Client Office at Sudirman Jakarta.
