**Job Description: Cloud Engineer (Azure Specialist)

Department: IT Infrastructure / Cloud Services

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Head of Cloud Infrastructure / IT Manager / Project Manager

Maximum salary : 9,000 Malaysia Ringgit / month

Mandatory:**

Fluency in English (in professional level)

Able to work onsite in Malaysia

Minimum 3 years working experience with Azure cloud

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cloud Engineer with a strong specialization in

Microsoft Azure to

design, implement, manage, and support cloud-based infrastructure and services. The ideal

candidate will have deep expertise in Azure services, automation, and cloud security,

ensuring performance, availability, scalability, and efficiency across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure.

• Implement and maintain IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS components to support business

requirements.

• Automate and maintain deployment and configuration using tools like Azure

DevOps, ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.

• Collaborate closely with application and development teams to analyze,

troubleshoot, and resolve system and integration issues.

• Coordinate with on-premises infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration,

operational alignment, and continuity across hybrid environments

• Monitor and optimize the cost, performance and availability of Azure resources.

• Apply FinOps principles to proactively manage Azure budgets, usage trends, and

cost-saving opportunities.

• Ensure cloud security and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Provide support for incident resolution and troubleshooting within Azure

environments.

• Maintain documentation and diagrams for architecture, configuration, and

procedures.

• Stay up-to-date with Azure updates, features, and best practices
