Job Title: AVP, Ops Control and Compliance, Operations

Job Responsibilities: - Ensure Custodian regulatory compliance: The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the custodian services comply with all relevant regulations and legal requirements. This involves staying current with regulatory changes and implementing necessary adjustments to maintain compliance. - Develop and maintain policies & procedures: The candidate is tasked with developing, updating, and maintaining policies and procedures related to operations control and compliance. This ensures that the department operates within the legal and regulatory framework. - Identify, monitor, and manage compliance risks: The candidate will identify potential compliance risks within the operations and develop strategies to monitor and mitigate these risks effectively. - Custodian transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting: The candidate will oversee the monitoring of custodian transactions to detect any suspicious activities.
