Job Title: AVP, Ops Control and Compliance, Operations

Job Responsibilities: 1. Ensure custodian regulatory compliance: The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory compliance requirements related to custodial services are met. This entails understanding and applying relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines to maintain compliance.

2. Develop and maintain policies & procedures: The role involves creating, updating, and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with current regulatory requirements and best practices. Education and Experience Information: - Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or accounting is required.
