Job Title: AVP, Dispute and Consumer Litigation Management, Legal Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
The AVP, Dispute and Consumer Litigation Management, Legal Compliance role is critical to the Legal department within the company. The primary responsibilities include:

- Handling and managing consumer complaints and external litigation cases involving the company.
- Providing legal advisory services related to dispute prevention and resolution strategies.
- Coordinating with external counsels, legal enforcement authorities, and internal stakeholders on legal proceedings and consumer protection issues.
- Reviewing, drafting, and providing legal input on agreements, internal policies, and corporate documents as necessary.
- Monitoring relevant regulations and assessing their impact on the company's activities.
- Preparing legal reports and documentation related to litigation, dispute settlements, and complaint resolutions.
- Ensuring the company's compliance with OJK, BI, and other applicable regulations related to consumer protection and legal risk.

Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Law (.), with a valid advocate license preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in the banking or financial services sectors.
