Job Title: AVP, Ops Control and Compliance, Operations

Job Responsibilities: 1. Ensure Custodian regulatory compliance: The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all custodian operations comply with existing regulations. This involves staying updated with the latest regulatory requirements and ensuring that the custodian team adheres to these regulations.

2. Develop and maintain policies & procedures: The role involves developing, updating, and maintaining comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate will ensure that these policies are effectively communicated and implemented within the team.

3. Identify, Monitor, and manage compliance risks: The candidate will be tasked with identifying potential compliance risks, monitoring them, and implementing strategies to manage and mitigate these risks. This involves conducting regular risk assessments and developing risk management plans.

4. Custodian transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting: The candidate will be responsible for monitoring custodian transactions to detect any suspicious activities.
