Job Desc :

1. Team Support & Coordination

• Assist the Manager in providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to the sales and rental teams.

• Help prepare training materials and ensure training sessions are carried out effectively.

• Monitor attendance, work schedules, and team discipline according to company standards.

2. Operational Execution

• Ensure daily rental processing, returns, and stock recording run according to SOP.

• Supervise daily tasks of the sales & rental team and report updates to the Manager.

• Handle operational issues at an early stage before escalating to the Manager.

3. Customer Handling

• Support the team in handling customer and driver complaints.

• Provide initial solutions to field issues before escalation.

4. Sales & Marketing Support

• Monitor daily and weekly sales achievement progress.

• Control and verify sales leads input in the system on a regular basis.

• Assist in preparing sales programs and marketing activities as directed by the Manager.

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, rental, survey, and collection activities for the Manager.

• Ensure the team complies with company policies and procedures.

6. Networking & External Relations

• Support the Manager in building relationships with dealers and financial institutions.

• Conduct initial follow-ups with potential partners/dealers before escalation to the Manager.

Requirement :

• Ability to lead, manage and motivate team to maximize sales revenue stream

• Must have a stable and proven track record in managing an Sales department

• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical ability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Previous experience in the automotive industry and start up company is a plus

• English is a must

• Able to operate computer include excel, word, power point, and google sheet
