We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the development and delivery of innovative, scalable digital solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, and QA—to define product requirements, support project execution, and help deliver impactful features that align with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and refining user and business requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, testing, and delivery.
• Contribute to feature prioritization and product roadmap discussions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future improvements.
• Ensure product features align with the overall product strategy and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., Metabase).
• Exposure to API-based product development, UI/UX principles, and customer journey design.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• English proficiency is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.
• Industry experience in Insurance, Finance, or E-commerce is preferred.
