We're hiring! We are looking for an Assistant Vice President to join our Health Solutions, Sales team based in Jakarta.

This role will see the Assistant Vice President developing and driving comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

This role will primarily work with our Health Solutions business but will have opportunities to secure revenue opportunities across the Commercial Risk business.

What the day will look like

• To develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Model Delivering Aon United and 3x3 behaviors to bring the best of Aon to our clients/prospects.
• Learn and display the appropriate sales/client management behaviors to lead and maximize opportunity value.
• Project manage and co-ordinate new business/client growth opportunities, liaising with a number of stakeholders from across our business.
• Act as a champion for growth, seeking opportunities through our local and regional teams.
