Kawan Lama Group melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Assistant Production Manager di Banten yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Kawan Lama Group. About The Role

Ensure that the entire production process can run in accordance with applicable company procedures/regulations, from initial preparation to packaging for each production line in the area of responsibility so that the predetermined production targets can be achieved.

Responsibility :

• Set daily production targets and division of team tasks in accordance with the Work Orders (WO) that have been determined so that they can be carried out well and completed on time so that the production targets determined by the company are achieved.
• Ensure that the production targets set by the company can be met to support the company’s operations.
• Monitoring the entire production process and production results to ensure the quality and quantity of all products comply with applicable company procedures/regulations in order to achieve predetermined production targets.
• Control the production area (line, electricity, panels) so that it remains safe from all forms of disturbance (water drops/seepage/fire, etc.) to optimize the performance of the production process.

Requirement :

• S1 Engineering
• Min 2 years working as Asst Production Manager or 3 years as Production Supervisor in Mattress Manufacturing.
• Knowledge & Skill : Problem Solving, Leadership skill, Warehouse Management Skill, Project Management Skill, HSE Knowledge, SAP
• Placement : Cikande, Banten
