Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Manager at PT Fullmoon Jaya Abadi, you will embark on our Management Trainee Program, a one-year journey designed for motivated and ambitious individuals. This program offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for a future leadership role in sales through structured On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Role Overview:1. Learn and understand key business processes, especially in sales
2. Assist superiors in daily activities and project execution
3. Contribute ideas and improvements to support team and company goals
4. Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
5. Prepare to take on a leadership role upon successful completion of the program
Job Requirement1. Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of work experience
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline
3.Fluency in Mandarin (spoken) is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
4. Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
5. Open to relocation across all branch locations in Indonesia
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
