Job Description - Assistant Manager HRM (Compensation & Benefits)Job OverviewThe Assistant Manager HRM (Compensation & Benefits) is responsible for managing and overseeing all compensation and benefits activities to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role plays a key part in designing, implementing, and evaluating C&B strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs in alignment with organizational goals and budget.
Conduct regular salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations to maintain competitive pay structures.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Monitor and manage employee benefits programs (BPJS, insurance, allowances, bonuses, incentives, etc.).
Provide insights and recommendations for annual salary reviews, promotions, and bonus allocations.
Collaborate with Finance and HR leaders to ensure alignment between compensation strategy and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal HR policies.
Analyze HR metrics related to compensation, turnover, and benefits utilization to support management decisions.
Supervise and guide HR team members handling payroll and administrative processes.
Support HR Manager in strategic initiatives related to total rewards, employee engagement, and cost optimization.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role specializing in Compensation & Benefits.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of compensation design, benefits administration, and payroll management.
Deep understanding of Indonesian labor law, tax regulation, and compliance requirements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
