Role OverviewWe are looking for a sharp, eloquent Assistant Legal Manager to support our legal and corporate operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience in FMCG or skincare, particularly in channel distribution and commercial contracts.
Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and revise legal documents including agreements, addendums, and amendments
Support contract negotiations with external partners and vendors
Manage day-to-day legal operations and ensure compliance with legal standards
Conduct legal research, risk analysis, and due diligence related to contracts, mergers, and acquisitions
Oversee legal documentation for subsidiaries and support corporate structuring or expansion
Handle legalities related to commercial sales and distribution channels
Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the FMCG industry
Experience supporting commercial sales or distribution-related legal processes
Strong written and verbal communication, with a persuasive and thoughtful legal mindset
Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced corporate setting
