Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager (JABODETABEK, JABAR, JATENG, JATIM, BALI)Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Marketing, or Economics.
At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager, especially in the FMCG, Retail, or Technology industries.
Proven experience in leading a sales team and achieving high sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Capable of designing sales strategies and analyzing market data.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team to achieve common goals.
Own a private vehicle and possess a valid SIM A (driver's license).
Willingness to travel for business purposes to various areas.
Job Description:
Lead and manage the sales team in the assigned region to achieve established sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
Conduct market analysis to understand trends and customer needs, and design tactics to improve sales.
Ensure the implementation of high customer service standards and routinely evaluate the team's performance.
Coordinate sales and marketing activities to ensure target achievement and promotional effectiveness.
Conduct training and development to improve the sales team's capabilities.
Regularly report sales performance to management and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
