WE ARE HIRING - LEGAL ASSISTANT
Location: Jakarta & Bali Employment
Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Assisting in the preparation, review, and administration of company contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Drafting and reviewing corporate legal documents such as Deeds of Establishment, Articles of Association, Shareholder Resolutions, and company registrations/permits
Ensuring company compliance with prevailing laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
Maintaining and organizing legal files, documentation, and correspondence.
Coordinating with external legal counsel, notaries, and government institutions when required.
Conducting legal research and preparing summaries for the Legal Manager.
Providing administrative support to the legal department and assisting in litigation-related matters
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
At least 2 years of working experience in a legal or corporate law environment (fresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome to apply).
Good knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly corporate law, contract law, and labor law.
Specialized knowledge and hands-on experience in handling corporate legal documents (company establishment, notarial deeds, licenses, compliance reports, etc.).
Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
