About the role

As the Area Sales Promotion Manager at Asaba Group, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the company's products and services within a designated geographical area. This full-time role based in Semarang, Central Java, is a critical position that contributes to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

2. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and collective goals

4. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

6. Ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team

7. Able to Mobile or willing to traveling

8. Placement in Branch Semarang, Semarang Central Java
