Job Description

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of stores to ensure adherence to operational procedures, financial policies, and compliance standards.

• Monitor sales performance, expense management, and inventory levels to optimize profitability.

• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve store efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, including cash handling, sales transactions, and customer service protocols.

• Supervise warehouse (RMPM, Spare Part) processes, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfilment, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Identify and investigate discrepancies in store and warehouse transactions.

• Analyse store and warehouse KPIs (e.g., sales targets, inventory turnover, shrinkage rates) to assess operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, store managers and warehouse supervisors to implement performance enhancement strategies.

• Support and guide store and warehouse teams in compliance with operational procedures.

• Provide training on financial controls, inventory management, and process optimization.

• Respond to incidents such as theft, safety violations, or emergency situations in coordination with relevant authorities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, warehouse management, auditing, or financial control.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.

• Ability to travel frequently across store locations and warehouse facilities.
