Yaran Property Group has established PT Yaran Bali Indonesia to address housing for international retirees from Australia and other countries who want to retire in Bali.

We are growing our Projects team for PT Yaran Bali Indonesia by adding a remote working architect.

Yaran Bali Indonesia is currently looking for a creative architect who is able to design and produce very high quality external and internal illustrations of developments in Bali. The successful applicant will be working directly with our General Manager based in Bali.

Description

Requirement

We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning and designing. At Yaran, we take projects through from the land acquisition phase all the way through to the completion. You will be involved in new building designs from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to produce sustainable, functional, affordable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

The architect will also assist with marketing activities such as preparing marketing materials, preparing and editing marketing videos, social media posts, emails to database, management of CRM, and other marketing activities as required.

Qualifications Prerequisites

• Degree or post graduate qualifications in Architecture
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Can produce:

1. 2D Drawings (using Revit)

2. 3d Modelling (using Sketchup/Revit)

3. High Quality Rendered Illustrations (using Enscape)

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

• logical, analytical, and clear thinking; and
• able to produce sustainable, functional, affordable, and aesthetically pleasing designs
• passionate about building a tremendous career in the property industry!

• Salary: $230 AUD per week
