About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic development team in Lombok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and reviewing architectural projects while collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders. This is a full-time position requiring relocation to Kuta, Lombok.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and modify architectural projects from concept to execution.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Produce detailed drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations, codes, and standards.
Review and provide feedback on project submissions and technical documents.
Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources related to architectural tasks.
Support the team in problem-solving and project coordination.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Proven experience in creating and modifying architectural projects.
Strong knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate to Lombok, Indonesia.
