Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Application Developer to join our growing team in North Jakarta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, contributing to the full software development lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of backend technologies and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in application development.
Proficiency in Python for backend development.
Strong experience with Node.js and the Express.js framework.
Solid understanding and experience with PostgreSQL database management.
Proficient in a Linux environment, including scripting and system administration fundamentals.
Preferable Skills and Experience:
Experience with image and video processing technologies and libraries.
Working Environment:
This is an in-office position located in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. Remote work is not available for this role.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
