Responsibilities:

• Assist in marketing activities related to asset management and mutual fund sales.
• Provide administrative support to the investment management team.
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and transaction processes in mutual funds.
• Utilize WAPERD/WPPE licenses to facilitate transactions and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an investment management company, preferably in marketing or administration roles.
• Understanding of rules, regulations, and transaction processes in mutual funds.
• Possession of WAPERD/WPPE license.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
