ResponsibilitiesAbout the TeamThe team is missioned to build infrastructures, platforms and technologies, as well as to support cross-functional teams to protect our users, products and infrastructures. In this team, you'll have a unique opportunity to have first-hand exposure to the strategy of the company in key security initiatives, especially in building scalable and secure-by-design systems and solutions. Our challenges are not your regular day-to-day technical problems; you'll be part of a team that's developing new solutions to new challenges of a kind not previously addressed by big tech. It's working fast, at scale, and we're making a difference.Job Resposibilities- Responsible for developing the company's internal anti-intrusion strategies, conducting data mining on large volumes of data and logs, and applying rules, models, and algorithms to create machine learning and deep learning solutions for detecting basic security scenarios such as intrusions.- Enhance the overall effectiveness of anti-intrusion solutions by advancing capabilities in machine learning, deep learning, and large-scale models, and fortifying defense in depth.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.- Familiar with feature engineering/data mining, and familiar with algorithms such as K-means/SVM/RNN/GBDT/random decision forests.- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Shell, Python, Java, or GoPreferred Qualifications- Familiar with common security attack and defense techniques.- Perform data analysis on security data across comprehensive dimensions like endpoints, networks, and application logs to detect intrusion behaviors (with LLM tools).- Priority will be given to those who have published work in leading conferences and journals in relevant academic fields and have research experience in building abnormal behavior detection, such as ITDR/UEBA.About UsFounded in 2012, ByteDance's mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.
