Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team, specializing in selling a comprehensive range of security services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored security solutions to meet the needs of both residential and commercial clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the security industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
    • Research potential clients and market trends to understand their security needs and challenges.
  • Client Engagement & Needs Assessment:

    • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to understand their unique security requirements.
    • Perform on-site surveys and risk assessments to design and recommend appropriate security solutions.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Proposal & Contract Management:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to successfully close deals and meet sales targets.
    • Ensure all sales contracts are accurate and comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
    • Generate regular sales reports for management, highlighting performance against targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of security services and systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarm systems, on-site guarding).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a high degree of drive and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations as needed.
  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
