About the role
PT. MOESTIKA JATI SENTOSA' is seeking a talented and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time position will provide essential administrative support to the wider business, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
Handling correspondence, including drafting emails, letters and other communications
Organizing and maintaining filing systems, both physical and electronic
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents
Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
Providing general office support and performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
D3/S1 Secretary, Finance, Accounting, etc from reputable university
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office suite
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to priorities effectively and multitask
Excellent time management and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
