Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in North Cikarang. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. Duties include managing phone communications, scheduling and organizing meetings, maintaining organized records, preparing reports, and assisting with executive-level tasks. The role requires efficient coordination, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for handling office operations and supporting organizational tasks.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for managing calls and maintaining professional interactions.
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance for supporting senior management with scheduling, reporting, and other responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure thorough and accurate task completion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team to meet objectives efficiently.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools and software such as spreadsheets, word processors, and email management systems.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
