TAO Architect is looking for an Administration Staff who manage the day-to-day administrative and organizational operations of the studio.
Administration Staff
Requirements:
Min. Business Administration/Management background
Have experience working in architecture firm is a plus.
Strong language and communication skills, including understand social media communication.
Self-starter with ability to monitor, organize, and manage multiple projects.
Proficient knowledge software including the components of Microsoft Word & Excel.
Ability to provide an opinion and explanation, receive critique, coordinate messaging, and create projects timeline.
An openness and willingness to learn and share.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage, coordinate and maintain Project timeline & events for Director and teams including appointments, meetings and travel.
Managing daily schedule for team
Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the Director ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, set up online meeting, presentations, and prepare agendas. Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting.
Writing project reports from team
Follow up project progress and deadline to vendor , internal teams and director
Searching architecture and interior material vendors for project needs ex. material sample request, pricelist, quotations, and other administrative needs
Account Payable management
