We are looking for Jewel Generation who are passionate, eager to learn, and ready to grow with us in the luxury jewelry industry. This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in various business functions within CMK.

Open for Several Position :

1. Account Receivable Internship

Support the finance team by monitoring customer payments, preparing invoices, assisting in reconciliation, and ensuring accurate records of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.

2. Account Payable Internship

Assist in processing vendor invoices, verifying payment documents, preparing reports, and supporting the team in ensuring timely and accurate payment to suppliers.

3. Finance Admin Support Internship

Provide administrative assistance in financial reporting, data entry, document filing, and day-to-day finance operations to ensure smooth workflow in the finance department.

4. Budget Control Support Internship

Assist in monitoring departmental budgets, tracking expenses, preparing budget comparison reports, and supporting analysis to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

5. Brand Support Internship

Support brand activities by assisting in campaign coordination, preparing promotional materials, monitoring brand visibility, and conducting basic market research to strengthen brand presence.

6. Business Process Support Internship

Help the team in documenting workflows, supporting process improvement initiatives, analyzing data, and providing administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.

7. Purchasing Internship

Assist in sourcing materials, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining purchasing documentation to support the procurement process.

8. General Admin Internship

Provide administrative support for finance operations, including data management, document control, and assisting in internal reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

9. Fitout Internship

Support the project team in coordinating interior fitout works, including space planning, vendor liaison, material selection, and on-site supervision. The role involves assisting in preparing design presentations, monitoring project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and handling administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting

Requirements :

Active university student (minimum 5th semester) or fresh graduate.

  1. Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).

  2. Able to commit to a full-time internship for 3-6 months.

  3. Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant tools.

  6. Passionate about the luxury retail and jewellery industry is a plus.

  7. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
