We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, experienced and strategic Administration Coordinator
oversee our company's general administrative functions and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, an experienced and strategic;
responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services;
responsible for managing raw material storage, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient work environment;
responsible for managing IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology systems
This multiple-role position requires a strong leader capable of managing office operations, facilities, and company assets while also implementing and maintaining health and safety programs in line with local laws and corporate standards; will have a solid background in general affairs, government compliance and workplace safety, with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a safe and efficient work environment; optimizing purchasing performance, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance; responsible for managing raw material, supervising storage staff, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient work environment. This position also involves strategic planning, team management, and close collaboration with other departments to implement technology solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the purchasing functions of the company
Maintaining raw Materials and spare parts control
Develop and responsible to the OHS Policies and Program, Risk Assessment and Various Safety
Ensure that all Hazardous Raw Materials are handled at the factory in a way that is compliant with the “Occupation, Health & Safety” requirements set out in the SMETA Audit and/or by any Indonesian Government Organisation
Organise and manage all security guard/ access control operations
Conduct monitoring on cleaning facility
To support Legal and Government Compliance Functions
To provide support for all audits in the company
Lead and supervise the internal IT and 3rd party IT provider in day-to-day operations and project execution
Collaborate with other departments to identify and fulfill their IT needs
Ensure data security and system integrity across all platforms
Essential Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any major (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferable)
Minimum 3 years experiences in Supervisor/ Managerial level
Have ability and proven track record on facility management, office building management, inventory management, procurement, OHS, environment, GA and legal compliance
Preferably certified in SMK3 / HSE
Fluent in English both verbal and written
In-depth knowledge of OHS and Environment standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point)
Great attention to detail
