Job Descriptions:
- Supporting administrative department activities
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, mail correspondence, answering emails and data entry.
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no issues.
- Making arrangements and preparing documents, and presentation materials.
- Circulated document
- Internal coordination with multiple departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- At least 1 – 3 year experience in administrative services or related fields.
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
