Job Description :
Manage, store, and archive company documents (both physical and digital).
Ensure all administrative documents are neatly organized and easily accessible.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Assist in compiling data (such as attendance, expenses, or inventory).
Enter data into computer systems or administrative software (such as Excel or internal systems).
Ensure that all entered data is up-to-date.
Answer phone calls, emails, or incoming mail and forward them to the relevant parties.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, or organizing internal administrative activities.
Prepare meeting minutes when necessary.
Check and record office supply inventory and other operational needs.
Submit purchase requests when supplies are running low.
Support back-office and administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Requirement :
Minimum graduate of Senior High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK); a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Administration, Accounting, Management, or related fields is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but experience in administration is an advantage.
Preferably experienced in using administrative systems such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and Word.
Detail-oriented and fast in data entry.
Experienced in handling both physical and digital documents.
Neat, well-organized, and systematic in work.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, especially in reporting and cross-department coordination.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible in carrying out tasks.
Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
English proficiency is a plus.
Residing in or near the office location is an advantage.
Willing to work in Surabaya/Sidoarjo
