Need immediately to fill the position of Receptionist Administration.
Job description:
Responsible for receiving and connecting telephone calls properly. (from domestic or abroad)
Receiving company guests politely and well.
Communicating the interests of guests/suppliers to the intended officials/staff.
Receiving and distributing correspondence, documents/invoices/anything from clients/customers addressed to the office.
Responsible for the neatness, cleanliness, and orderliness of the lobby/reception area.
Assisting HR & GA administration/positions in the office that require it.
Job descriptions are subject to change according to company needs.

Understand the functions of Microsoft Office.
Understand and comprehend export and import licensing procedures.
