Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Manage office supplies stock and place orders.• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.• Maintain and update company databases or any other Administration database.• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.• Answer administration support queries by employees.• Update office policies as needed.• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.• Book meeting rooms as required.• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.• Arrange travel and accommodations.• Schedule in-house and external events .

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A certificate (Diploma/Bachelor Degree).• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.• Willing to relocate to the job location.
