About the role
PT Higo Fitur Indonesia is seeking an experienced Admin Finance & Operation to join our team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of the organisation, ensuring efficient and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
What you'll be doing
Provide administrative support to the company as needed (especially the HR Team & Operational Team)
Manage daily financial transactions and bookkeeping
Handle invoices, payment processes, and bank reconciliations
Support monthly and annual financial reporting
Conduct calculations, reporting, payments, and reporting for Income PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and PPn (Monthly)
Order products as needed and in accordance with predetermined standards
Assist in preparing matters related to internal meetings/events/internal activities
Ensure/manage legal and other documents are filed properly
Assist other divisions with administrative and other tasks
Answering phones and responding to internal and external emails
Ensuring office infrastructure and equipment are properly maintained
Responsible for stationery, office supplies, and other needs
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar finance and operations role
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and operational best practices
Proficient in using accounting software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Able to maintain the confidentiality of company and employee data
Highly disciplined and proactive
