Main Responsibilities1. Collect information and data related to procurement needs, including specifications of the products or services required.2. Assist in the preparation of procurement documents including specifications, quantities and other requirements.3. Assist in preparing procurement reports, including the budget and evaluation results.
General Responsibilities1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Maximum age 40 years old
2. Minimum D3 education for all majors
3. Have at least 2 years of experience in the field
4. Able to analyze/recommend the right vendor
5. Able to negotiate to get the right price
6. Able to monitor vendors running appropriately and on time
7. Understand purchasing, shipping, budget, and contract management
8. Have good communication
