Finance at a fast-moving company is never just paperwork.

You’ll be the financial backbone of a fast-growing consultancy, the person who makes sure our numbers are clean, our compliance is airtight, and our leadership has the financial clarity to make good decisions fast. You’ll take ownership of core accounting functions and tax compliance activities, from preparing financial statements to managing tax reconciliations and supporting tax reporting.

What You’ll do

You will work directly with experienced finance professionals and gain hands-on exposure to the full financial accounting cycle as well as corporate tax obligations from day one.

Accounting:

• Prepare standard financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for both individual entities and consolidated reporting.
• Provide internal notes using trend and vertical analysis.
• Control and monitor operating expenses (OPEX).
• Manage AP aging reports and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Oversee the full financial accounting cycle from transaction recording to closing.
• Perform liquidity control and support cash flow oversight.

Tax Compliance:

• Execute tax compliance and tax accounting activities (monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings).
• Support strategic tax planning initiatives under supervision.
• Serve as an internal tax consultant for routine tax questions from other departments.
• Perform tax reconciliations between accounting records and tax returns (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, withholding taxes, etc.).

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or tax.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, internal control, and audit basics
• Basic understanding of Indonesian tax compliance (VAT, PPh 21/23/25, Corporate Income Tax)
• Familiarity with accounting systems (experience with Xero is a strong plus)
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work full-time, onsite in Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

A plus, but not a requirement:

• Internship or coursework in tax reconciliation, tax accounting or tax brevet AB and C
• Basic proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
