About the Role

The Accounting Manager will oversee end-to-end financial accounting and reporting for GoTo Financial’s lending business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements. This role will partner closely with product, finance operation, and risk teams to support new product initiatives, manage complex accounting treatment for lending and funding activities, and strengthen internal controls. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise (PSAK/IFRS) with hands-on experience in financial services or fintech lending.

What You Will Do

• Oversee monthly and annual closing processes for the lending business, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with PSAK and internal policies.
• Manage accounting treatment for lending-related transactions, including loan disbursement, interest income, funding, insurance, and impairment provisioning.
• Coordinate with FPB, product, and risk teams to ensure proper accounting assessment for new product initiatives or business process changes.
• Prepare and review financial and regulatory reports for submission to OJK, ensuring compliance with applicable reporting standards and timelines.
• Lead and execute accounting-related projects, such as system enhancements, process automation, and implementation of new PSAK or OJK regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, improve accounting efficiency, and mentor team members to ensure operational excellence.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting/public accountant, preferably in financial services, fintech, or banking industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of PSAK and familiarity with OJK reporting requirements for multifinance or lending institutions.
• Proven experience managing monthly closing, consolidation, and financial reporting in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead accounting projects such as system implementation, automation, or policy standardization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate across finance, product, and operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and accountability in financial reporting.
