Account Service

We are seeking an enthusiastic and client-oriented Account Service professional to join our team. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will be the bridge between clients and our internal team, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive and lasting relationships with clients.

• Understand clients' business needs, goals, and challenges to offer relevant design solutions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling their inquiries, feedback, and requests.

• Develop clear and comprehensive project briefs based on client needs and communicate them to the internal team (designers, copywriters, etc.).

• Manage project schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and regularly update clients on project status.

• Facilitate communication between clients and the internal team, ensuring all parties are on the same page.

• Present project ideas and results to clients confidently and persuasively.

• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.

• Handle client issues or complaints with professionalism and find effective solutions.

• Create project reports and analyze performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Possess a strong understanding of graphic design processes, branding, and marketing.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to build strong and professional relationships with diverse types of clients.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding client service.

• English proficiency is a must
