Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Grow the Taste business within assigned accounts by identifying and converting opportunities.
- Understand customer ecosystems, market dynamics, and consumer trends through various sources.
- Build strong, multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across functions.
- Lead or support commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, rebates, and core listings.
- Track and communicate customer regulatory changes to Global Regulatory Affairs and project systems.
- Drive projects by coordinating with internal teams (Consumer Insights, Marketing, Creative, Formulation) and external stakeholders.
- Set and achieve commercial targets (Sales, New Wins, Market Share) aligned with account strategy.
- Influence customer briefs to align with IFF’s strengths and organize formal project kick-offs with clear deliverables.
- Collaborate with global/regional/category teams, promote suitable IFF solutions, and conduct project reviews.
What Makes You The Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology, Food and Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, sales services, product development or marketing within flavor or ingredient industry
- Strong B2B customer management skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Comfortable with financial concepts such as pricing, margin analysis and forecasting.
- Strategic thinker and effective team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Proficient in working across cross-functional teams and matrix organizations.
- Fluent in business English with a global mindset and cultural adaptability.
