Job Mission
Manage relationships with assigned banking members, optimize member experience and value, and support acquisition targets and revenue growth through effective account management, implementation of solutions focused on member needs, and consistent service quality monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned banking members through regular visits, proactive communication, and problem resolution to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing member portfolios by offering relevant product solutions according to specific member needs to increase value per account.
- Implement onboarding processes for new members by facilitating technical setup, providing product usage training, and ensuring smooth transitions to optimize member experience and accelerate service adoption.
- Monitor and report member performance metrics regularly through service usage analysis, transaction trends, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities.
- Support new member acquisition activities by conducting prospecting, product presentations, and follow-ups on identified leads to contribute to the team’s acquisition targets.
- Ensure implementation of and compliance with established SLAs through service monitoring, coordination with internal teams, and appropriate issue escalation to maintain consistent service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- A strong educational background in finance, marketing, or information systems is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the financial, banking or payment industry
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
